How do you deliver service to my home?
We use fast and highly reliable 5G micro cell antennas to deliver service the last mile from our fiber feeds to your home.
Are there any equipment fees?
We charge a $100 setup fee once the installation is complete. If you ever cancel the service, you will need to return our equipment.
Is there a contract or commitment for the service?
No, we do not have any contracts or commitments for service. We are a month to month provider.
How long does installation take?
In most cases, installation takes 3-5 hours.
Do I need to have a WiFI router?
Our service includes full wall to wall WiFi coverage, so you do not need any equipment. You are welcome to use your own equipment if you choose.
How do I get service?
Click on a “Schedule Appointment” button found on most pages of our website. We will get back to you and schedule a time to verify signal to your place of service. After signal is verified, we will schedule the installation get you up and going.
